All purchases and payments made on SMSMBTech are non-refundable. Due to the nature of temporary SMS services, once a transaction is completed, refunds cannot be issued.

2. Service Disruptions

While we strive to maintain reliable service, we are not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party providers. Refunds will not be issued for service downtimes.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

• A user was charged incorrectly.
• The service was not delivered due to a technical error on our part (excluding third-party issues).
• The request is made within 24 hours of the transaction.
